Conservatives will scrap all Labour's University tuition and top-up fees (including the Lib Dems graduate tax in Scotland). At present, students face an average debt of £18 000, and drop out rates are 35%, clearly showing Labour is failing students. We will abolish the Goverment's unworkable target of 50% attending University (do we really need degrees in pottery?) and instead expand vocational courses.
