
Conservative Councillors have delivered on their promise to clean up Swindon.
Following May's local elections, the Conservatives made this issue a priority, and additional street cleaning now takes place through Swindon.
Local residents, and shop owners were delighted when the town centre was also given a thorough clean.
North Swindon Conservative Chairman, Cllr David Renard, "We made sure the Council increased street cleaning in Swindon as local residents made it clear that the Labour Council had failed to make this a priority."
The Conservatives will continue to fight for more measures to tackle litter, overgrowth, graffiti and vandalism which help ruin local areas.
